About the Class
Yoga for children is designed specifically for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and include age-appropriate games, animal sounds and creative names for poses.
Meet Our Instructors
The benefits of yoga for youth range from increased focus, decreased anxiety, a greater sense of self, and the list goes on and on. As parents, educators, counselors, adult yogi's, and people who just simply love to work with children, Young Yokes works hard to provide a foundation of success for children, and yoga is big key to their success.
Ongoing Yoga classes are 45 minutes and taught by our certified instructors, who are also licensed Physical Therapists.

Classes will be held on the first and third Saturday of every month:
Younger kids @ 9:00 AM (Typically ages 8 and under*)
Older kids @ 10:00 AM (Typically ages 9 and up*)
*We are flexible with grouping children in classes with siblings, by ability, or
based on what works in your schedule
