Meet Our Physical Therapists
Kylie graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Physical Therapy Program. During her time at CU, clinical experiences in rural Colorado and at Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Utah allowed her to work with pediatric patients with a variety of conditions including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Arthrogryposis, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Marfan Syndrome, neuromuscular disorders, and many unique genetic conditions. While at Shriner’s, Kylie also received special training in a unique protocol for pediatric patients post-limb-lengthening and additionally, was able to take the opportunity to learn from their one-of-a-kind Wheelchair, Seating, and Mobility department. Kylie spent many years in undergraduate and graduate school volunteering with various pediatric organizations in Wyoming and Colorado – Crossfit Kids, Night Owls, Osteogenesis Imperfecta Clinic, and Milestone’s Strider Bike Camp and Dance/Gymnastics classes being among her top favorites! Kylie knew from a young age that she wanted to work with children as a pediatric physical therapist and loves being a part of Milestone’s multidisciplinary team of providers, dedicated to providing excellent, collaborative care to unique families and children.
Born and raised in Wyoming, Kylie loves being outdoors, traveling, spending time with her family, and enjoying the quiet life! When she’s not working, she can be found reading, drinking coffee, and snuggling her dog, Julio.
Kylie has additional training and interests in the following:
- Strider Bike Instructor Certification
- Building Blocks for Therapists course by Emily Heisey
- Aquatic therapy
- Osteogenesis Imperfecta
- Torticollis, reflux, and tongue-tie
- Early intervention (birth to 3 years) services
