Our dynamic team of licensed occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech language pathologists provide therapy for children birth to 21 years old in our clinic.
Ways we can help you at our clinic:
Any time you are concerned about your child not meeting milestones or being on track with development for their age, you should come in. We will provide a 20 min free screening to let you know if we advise a more in depth evaluation in any area of development.
When a child is born with or diagnosed with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Prematurity, Spina Bifida, Perinatal Stroke, Torticollis, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Muscular Dystrophy, Achondroplasia, Hip Dysplasia, Less Common Chromosomal Abnormalities, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Hypotonia, Language Delays, Auditory Processing Disorders, Feeding Difficulties it is always a good idea to have them evaluated and treated by our therapists.
Sometimes a child receives therapy through their local community centered board in an early intervention program when they are 0-3 years old. We can supplement this therapy at our clinic in a fun environment with additional space and equipment that may not be available in the home. We may be able to provide a more intensive therapeutic approach than you would see in an early intervention program which is a parent coaching and primary service provider model.
Some children need additional therapy when they graduate from an early intervention program and begin school. Our therapists can help your child continue to improve their skills and keep up with their peers. We can provide regular therapies that address the whole child (all areas of development in all settings) where as a school can only provide therapy that is directly related to the child benefiting from their education.
